Students participate in the Dynamic Assessment Process, Posse's unique nomination program.

Know an amazing student? We want to know them, too.

Are you part of a high school or a community-based arrangement that works with high schoolhouse juniors/seniors in one of Posse's 20-plus recruitment cities? If yous're registered with Posse, y'all tin can nominate loftier school students as early as their second semester junior year.

Depending on the Posse city or program, nomination timelines and deadlines may vary. Be sure to contact your local Posse office for details at the offset of every calendar yr.

Annotation that the Posse Arts Program and Posse Veterans Programme nomination procedure is conducted separately.

Each Posse Scholar wins a full-tuition scholarship to nourish ane of Posse's partner colleges or universities.

Requirements

To be eligible, a loftier school senior must:

  • Exist nominated past their high school or a community-based organization
  • Exist in the start term of their senior twelvemonth in high school
  • Demonstrate leadership inside their loftier school, community or family
  • Demonstrate academic potential
  • Apply on time; depending on the Posse city or program, nominations are accepted in the spring and summer before senior year begins (contact your local Posse part for specific deadlines)

The Posse Scholarship is neither a minority nor a demand-based scholarship. It is open to students of all backgrounds.

Posse seeks students who are:

  • Leaders in their high schools and communities
  • Committed to their didactics and those who demonstrate bookish potential
  • Interested in teamwork and multifariousness
  • Positive, motivated, talented, ambitious immature people
